What we collect
- Order information — your name, email address, delivery address and the contents of your order.
- Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last four digits of the card; we never see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us — the content of emails or contact form messages, so we can reply.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you.
Why we use it, and on what basis
- To take payment, pack and deliver your order, and handle returns — because this is necessary to perform our contract with you.
- To reply to your enquiries — because we have a legitimate interest in answering people who contact us.
- To keep records of sales — because we are legally required to for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — to process your payment securely.
- Royal Mail or our courier — your name and delivery address only, so your parcel arrives.
- Our accountant and HMRC — sales records, as required by law.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone, ever.
How long we keep it
Order and payment records are kept for six years, as UK tax law requires. Contact-form correspondence is kept for up to two years and then deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it erased where we are not legally required to keep it, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format.

Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date at the top.
