Dispatch
All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom. Orders placed before 2pm on a working day are normally dispatched the same or next working day. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
If a batch has sold out and there will be a wait, we will email you before taking your order any further.
UK delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 — typically 2–3 working days after dispatch.
- Royal Mail Tracked 24 — typically 1–2 working days after dispatch, where offered at checkout.
- Postage is £2.99 on the 3 and 5 pod jars.
- Postage is free on the 10, 25, 50 and 100 pod packs.
Postage costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay. You will receive a tracking number by email once your parcel is on its way.
Delivery outside the UK
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. Vanilla is a plant product and a number of countries restrict its import, so for now our checkout accepts UK delivery addresses only.
If you are outside the UK and would like our pods, get in touch — we will let you know as soon as that changes.
If your parcel is delayed or lost
Royal Mail does not treat an item as lost until 10 working days after the due delivery date for UK post. If your tracking has not updated in that time, get in touch and we will open a claim and send a replacement.
Returns
Vanilla pods are a sealed perishable food product. For food safety reasons we cannot accept returns once the pouch has been opened.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including postage.
Unopened items in their original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return postage is at your own cost unless the item was faulty or incorrect.
Your legal rights
Nothing on this page affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Certain perishable and sealed food goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation right once opened.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.
